Attached Parenting is where parents-to-be, parents, grandparents, caregivers, and industry professionals can go to learn more about nurturing attachment based relationships with babies and young children.

I hold a Masters degree in Health and Human Development with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over a decade's worth of experience in the field, as well as certification as an Attachment Parenting International Attached at the Heart Parenting Educator, I have the knowledge and experience to help parents find what will work best for their family unit. I believe that attachment parenting is not a set of rules to follow, but rather suggestions on how to achieve a secure attachment with a baby or young child.

I am excited to be able to offer two types of class setups; making the Attached at the Heart curriculum available in both a group setting, as well as in a personalized home-based setup. I understand that sometimes it is hard to leave your home, especially with young ones that need tending to, which is why I am happy to come to you.

In addition to the Attached at the Heart curriculum I also have designed my own classes and webinars which I am thrilled to offer! These classes and webinars cover a variety of important topics related to the child development and the psychology of attachment. As a therapist who utilizes Attachment Theory in my work with clients, I know how important this material is! I have taken what I feel to be the most important topics and broken them down into easily accessible portions.
